The best chicken burgers

These started off as simple chicken and avocado burgers. My creativity overtook and they because something more.

Ingredients
500g chicken mince
spring onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 avocado (I used 1 next time I'm thinking 2)
1/2 tin black beans
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs

Method.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Take 1 tablespoon at a time and shape into patties and grill.
We served them with roasted pumpkin and corn cobs.
There were enough leftover for my lunch tomorrow, I am thinking of having it with some garlic aioli, spinach and red onion in a wrap.
